Who in the whole wide world can you trust?

VIS – Adults’ Influence in Society – has raised the alarm: children are lying more than ever, and now the truth must be saved.

They have therefore sent out a team: an educator, an actor, and an intern. Their mission is crystal clear – to save the world from descending into the chaos that arises when we can no longer trust one another. But things don’t quite go as planned. Instead of tales of truth and solid facts, they soon become entangled in flights of fancy, evasions, and outright mythomania. In the end, no one is sure of anything anymore:
Why do we actually lie? When is a lie a betrayal – and when is it a form of protection? Are facts always facts? And what happens to trust when everyone tries to tell the truth, but no one says the same thing?

WHO IN THE WHOLE WIDE WORLD CAN YOU TRUST? is a winding, playful and humorous classroom performance about truths, half-truths and lies – and about how difficult it is to know which is which.

The director Fredrik Lundqvist, together with Nils Granberg, has written the script for this fast-paced production in which the audience is tossed between tall tales, absurd sketches and improvised confessions.
